Returns/Exchanges
Please know that your satisfaction and happiness are my utmost priorities. If you are unsatisfied with your purchase, please get in touch with me at hello@emeraldsuncreations.com to let me know what issues you might be having with your order, and I'll do my best to help resolve them. 

To be eligible for a refund or exchange, please email me at hello@emeraldsuncreations.com within 14 days of receiving your order.  Customers must ship back items within 14 days of notifying me. Your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn, unused, and in its original packaging. We offer Free Return Shipping on orders over $65. For in-person sales, you’ll need the receipt or proof of purchase. If your refund or exchange has been accepted, you will be responsible for packing and shipping your return to us. (Please ship items with original cushioning to avoid damage during transit.) You will then be emailed a shipping label and instructions on how to return your package. Once the items have been received and inspected upon arrival by me, your refund will be promptly issued.

Please note: A 10% restocking fee will be applied to your return. Orders purchased with an e-gift card from Emerald Sun Creations are not eligible for a refund. If you checked out using our phone number only, use the link in your SMS order confirmation to access your customer account.

Cancellations
If you would like to cancel your purchase, you may do so within 12 hours of purchase or if your order is showing as unfulfilled. You can initiate returns and cancellations through your customer account on our website or via the Shop App. If you need immediate assistance with your order, please email me ASAP at hello@emeraldsuncreations.com. For exchanges, the fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.

*Sale items, candles, crystals, earrings, custom orders, gift cards, and items purchased with a gift card are final sale and non-refundable.
