Returns/Exchanges
Please know that your satisfaction and happiness are my utmost priorities. If you are unsatisfied with your purchase, please contact me at hello@emeraldsuncreations.com to let me know what issues you might be having with your order and I'll do my best to help resolve them. 

To be eligible for a refund or exchange, please email me at hello@emeraldsuncreations.com within 14 days of receiving your order. Your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn, unused, and in its original packaging. We offer Free Return Shipping for qualifying orders.  Refunds will be made for the price of the item, excluding shipping fees. For in-person sales, you’ll need the receipt or proof of purchase. If your refund or exchange has been accepted, you will be responsible for packing and shipping your return to us. (Please ship items with original cushioning to avoid damage during transit.) You will then be emailed instructions on how and where to send your package. Please note: Orders purchased with an e-gift card from Emerald Sun Creations are not eligible for a refund.

For exchanges, the fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.

Cancellations
If you would like to cancel your purchase, you may do so within 12 hours after you have purchased an order. Please email me ASAP at hello@emeraldsuncreations.com to cancel.

*Sale items, candles, crystals, custom orders, gift cards, and items purchased with a gift card are final sale and non-refundable.
